My hunch has been validated. According to a recent Forbes article, Boston is the 2nd most expensive rental market in the United States, behind only NYC.

1. New York, New York
2. Boston, Mass.
3. Honolulu, Hawaii
4. San Francisco, Calif.
5. Northern New Jersey
6. Stamford, Conn.
7. Nassau-Suffolk counties, New York
8. Los Angeles, Calif.
9. San Jose, Calif.
10. Orange County, Calif.

I started reading blogs a few years ago, and that overflowed into listening to quite a few Podcasts (including Adam Curry’s – which IMHO has gone down in quality over time). I have found value in the blogs I read, and thought I’ll give a little back. Wish me luck and stay tuned!
