The prestigious Annual Awards for Excellence instituted by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry to recognize Indian businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals for their outstanding achievements in selected areas and to promote corporate and individual initiatives in economic, social, educational and cultural areas were presented by Abdul Kalam, President of India at the 100th AGM of PHDCCI in New Delhi on 21-December 2005.
The Ethics is Good Business Award was presented to Kamal Meattle founder of several companies and presently the Chief Executive Officer of Paharpur Business Center & Software Technology Incubator Park (PBC-STIP).
Meattle is a keen environmental activist. He has taken up social and environmental issues, creating public awareness as well as advocating policy change in the system. More recently he has taken up the issue of air pollution in Delhi, adulteration of petrol, energy efficiency and conservation for making Delhi a City of Excellence and is engaged in a project that has resulted in getting mountain quality of indoor air using biotechnology Natural Green Plants.

The graph below trends average bids on Y!/Overture for Home Loan related keywords, which probably is the most highly contested (and expensive) category in the SEM world.

Data being collected includes: Top 10 bids on Y!/Overture, trended over time with information on which company bid on the term, ranking of that bid, and creative/copy.
